LEON is a fast food chain based in the UK. Founded in 2004 by John Vincent and Henry Dimbleby, they opened their first outlet in Carnaby Street in 2004. They now have over 70 outlets throughout the UK.

We have worked with Leon for a number of years and currently supply them with a range of sparkling flavoured waters. We were approached by them to match, and improve upon, some of their existing branded drinks.

We worked closely with one of our flavour houses to provide them with a number of different options and several rounds of tastings, re-engineered recipes, tweaks and improvements before launching with the current selection.

Whether you have a rough concept or a fully formed vision, we handle everything from developing the perfect formulation and refining the flavour profile, through to production of the finished drink and ongoing supply.
