Claiming to be 'green' rolls easily off the tongue. At alfresco we endeavour to make sure it rolls off the production line too.

Crucially, we avoid transporting our ingredients or shipping our drink offers by air, choosing rail or sea and a reduced carbon footprint instead.

We also work with the Fair Trade Foundation to source ingredients for our fruit juices and other flavours ethically, and are in the process of developing bio-degradable packaging for our products.

All of this means that the physical evidence of our work will stick around for much less time, although we hope that the taste and presentation of our drink offers will linger long in the memory!
